Lisa Conway will spearhead the Transport Seating business across the aviation, rail, bus, and public seating sectors, leading the sales team and expanding revenues in key markets.
Lisa brings a wealth of experience in sustainable business practices and sales leadership to her new role as Chief Revenue Officer at Gen Phoenix. During her 17-year tenure at Interface, a $1.3 billion leader in sustainable flooring solutions, Lisa consistently demonstrated her ability to drive growth while championing environmental responsibility. Her passion for sustainability aligns perfectly with Gen Phoenix’s mission, making her a natural addition to our leadership team.
Introducing LaTres Jarrett: Chief Strategy Officer
LaTres Jarrett joins Gen Phoenix as Chief Strategy Officer, bringing an extensive range of experiences that includes 15 years at PepsiCo and 7 years at Bridgestone Tires. Her expertise in sales, marketing, strategy, and general management across both B2C and B2B environments will be instrumental in shaping Gen Phoenix’s growth agenda..
