Human Rights & Modern Slavery

Gen Phoenix Statements on Labour & Human Rights and Modern Slavery &

Human Trafficking

We fully support the principles set out in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our
policies and procedures reflect the principles contained within the declaration. We support the
Modern Slavery Act 2015 and have created a slavery and human trafficking statement, setting out
our processes to ensure that this is not something we tolerate in our operations or supply chain.

We support and respect internationally recognised labour rights, including freedom of association,
the avoidance of discrimination, the abolition of forced child labour and anti-slavery legislation.
We do not support forced and child labour and we expect the same commitment from our
stakeholders.

Employees are hired in line with both the letter and the spirit of local employment legislation and
we are committed to their fair treatment and respect.

We are committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking does not exist in either our
business or our supply chain. We will promptly and thoroughly investigate any allegations of
slavery or human trafficking in our organisation or supply chain and will terminate our relationship
with any party where any such reports are substantiated.

Keep in touch.
