Starting November 12 through December 31, 2024, Gen Phoenix is offering to cover 30% of the ticket price for holiday travelers taking bus or train transportation during the festive season.
Whether you’re looking to avoid holiday travel-induced highway grid-locks or opting to forego overcrowded airports and flight delays during the season, this initiative aims to make holiday travel more eco-friendly and accessible by reimbursing travelers who take more sustainable modes of transportation, including the bus and train this holiday season.
At Gen Phoenix, we’re committed to driving sustainability across every industry we touch, and have more than 15 years of experience helping our partners in the mass transportation sector – including Amtrak, Stagecoach and Big Blue Bus – incorporate our sustainable recycled leather material into their buses and railway transit. We know the holiday season brings increased travel demands, and by offsetting the costs of bus and train tickets, we hope to incentivize consumers to choose more relaxed and eco-conscious options and make these alternatives more appealing and accessible for travelers.
Our Go Eco Holiday Rebate is simple to use:
- The offer is available from November 12 through December 31, 2024.
- Travelers who take the bus, train, tram, or metro during this period can submit a photo of their ticket receipt to ecoholidaytravel@genphoenix.com.
- Upon verification, Gen Phoenix will send a reimbursement form to complete, and participants will receive a 30% refund off their bus or rail ticket price directly.

- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Gen Phoenix 2024 Go Eco Holiday Rebate organized by Generation Phoenix Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Generation Phoenix’s registered address is Forli Strada, Alwalton Hill, Peterborough, England, PE7 3HH. By participating in the Offer, you agree to comply with these Terms. Generation Phoenix Limited reserves the right to amend the terms of the Rebate at any time.
- Eligibility
2.1 The Rebate is open to legal residents of the United States and United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Gen Phoenix, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Rebate
- Rebate Period
The Rebate begins on November 12, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024 (“Rebate Period”).
- How to Participate
4.1 To participate in the Rebate, you must:
- Use public transportation (bus, rail, metro or tram) during the Rebate Period.
- Take a photo of your public transportation receipt.
- Send the photo of your receipt to the following email address: ecoholidaytravel@genphoenix.com.
4.2 Your email must include the following information:
- Your full name.
- A clear and legible photo of your public transportation receipt.
- The date and time of your transportation use.
- Your bank account name, bank account number and sort code details that will be used to transfer funds within 28 days of receiving a valid receipt.
- Rebate
5.1 Gen Phoenix will reimburse participants for the cost of their bus, rail, tram or metro ticket up to 30% (up to $100) as indicated on the provided receipt.
5.2 Rebate will be made via electronic funds transfer or another payment method determined by Gen Phoenix. Participants may be required to provide additional information to facilitate the reimbursement.
5.3 Each participant is eligible for one reimbursement during the Rebate Period.
5.4 Gen Phoenix has allocated a total of €5,000 (EUR) towards the reimbursement fund. Once this fund is exhausted, no further reimbursements will be made, regardless of whether receipts are submitted within the Rebate Period.
- Receipt Validity
6.1 Receipts must be for public transportation used in U.S and U.K during the Rebate Period.
6.2 Receipts must be original, clear, and legible. Altered or illegible receipts will not be accepted.
- General Conditions
7.1 Gen Phoenix reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of participants.
7.2 Gen Phoenix is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected reimbursement requests.
7.3 Gen Phoenix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rebate at any time without prior notice.
7.4 By participating in the Offer, you agree to release and hold harmless Gen Phoenix, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Offer or receipt of any reimbursement.
- Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Offer will be used by Gen Phoenix in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
8.2 By participating in the Offer, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Rebate.
- Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Furthermore, each party to this Agreement irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
