Creative, thoughtful and open minded, Elizabeth is a natural Chief People Officer. A born problem solver, she believes deeply in the value of people, is committed to their continued growth and development, and never loses sight of the need for joy in the workplace.
Elizabeth joined Gen Phoenix in 2025 after successfully exiting a HR business she founded in 2020. Her 30 year career as an HR professional has been centered around Fashion, Luxury and Retail brands in growth mode, including: LVMH, Harvey Nichols and Fenn Wright Manson. Most recently she was Vice President of Human Resources for Tapestry Europe, supporting the Coach, Kate spade and Stuart Weitzman brands. While there she managed a globally distributed team of 30 people and built a reputation as an outstanding coach. She started her early career as a top performing commission-based recruiter during the late 90’s, forever providing her an appreciation for professionals “on the line”.
Outside of work, Elizabeth is both adventurous and “sporty”. As a young girl she captained her school’s Rounders team and was a member of the Richmond County Ladies Swimming Club. Her love for swimming and fitness is intense. She has completed the Bosphoros Cross-Continental Swim in Turkey three times, and regularly competes in fitness races such as HYROX. But she is most proud of being an OG of The Sisterhood, a community of deeply driven women who engage in athletic activities to raise money for women’s and children’s charities.
A born and bred Londoner, Elizabeth now lives in the countryside and is a dedicated mum to her three children. She Graduated from Bournemouth University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel. Just don’t look into her eyes, as she is also a master hypnotist.
