Lisa is purpose-driven. For her, winning is one thing, but winning while making a difference in the world is something else altogether. Having spent the majority of her career selling sustainable, circular carbon reducing products, she joined Gen Phoenix in 2024 for one simple reason – she believes the widespread adoption of our materials will result in a massive reduction in GHG emissions.
Her conversion into a carbon lover occurred in 2007 when she joined Interface, a $1.2 billion global supplier of sustainable flooring products where, at various times, she had responsibility for regional sales management, global accounts and global sustainability. Interface is well known as a sustainability pioneer thanks to leadership of its founder, Ray Anderson – one of Lisa’s heroes. Companies who benefited from Lisa’s passion and insight include Google, GSK, H&M, IBM, Marriott, Siemens and Target.
Lisa is nothing if not authentic. She is data-driven and understands the need for sustainable materials to be cost-effective, high performance, and deliver real and measurable reductions in such areas as water usage, waste, and GHG emissions. She knows how to help customers achieve their carbon reduction goals, and believes deeply in the importance of Gen Phoenix’s circularity mission.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys being with family and friends. She loves the outdoors, is a ski mom for her two young aspiring ski racers, and is an avid fan of Philadelphia’s sport teams – especially the Phillies. In retirement, Lisa hopes to lead a dog rescue operation.
She holds a B.S degree from Drexel University and a Certificate in Sustainability Leadership from Harvard’s School of Public Health.
